We are seeking full-time Concrete Grinding, Polishing & Epoxy Flooring: Skilled Installers, and Team Leaders. If you are reliable, have strong experience with painting, use of power tools, reliable transportation and a willingness to learn - apply today!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow occupational health and safety rules & regulations.
• Surface preparation - operating walk-behind grinders, vacuums, hand grinders, sanders.
• Applying and installing Epoxy and other liquid applied Flooring Systems.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, and installation techniques.
• Prep and load vehicle with necessary materials for next job order.
• Operate company tools in a safe manner.
• Setting up, running, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment and keeping the vehicle clean and organized.
• Other duties as required.
• May involve weekend and out of town work.

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail, able to learn on the job, and follow directions.
• Experience with Epoxy and other liquid applied coatings, painting is an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortable with manual labour, long periods of walking, kneeling, bending.
• Knowledge of general construction, and experience operating power tools is an asset.
• Valid BC Driver’s license and a reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret Material Technical and Safety Data Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment, work well under pressure.
• Takes pride in work with a focus on quality.
• Reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic and a team player.

Wages start from $25/hr for a Labourer position and will be negotiated depending on experience. We are looking for an individual willing to advance within the company and become a Team Lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
